Academic:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
Years of experience:
12 Years or above experience in manufacturing field, 3 years managerial experience.
Special knowledge:
Fluent English in writing and reading
Good communication/ presentation skill
Familiar with different manufacturing process
Familiar with the Quality Tools.
Knowledge of different material type. (Plastic, metal, electrical)
Familiar with Quality system.
Familiar with mechanical parts and plastic parts production process and quality control.
Familiar with measurement methods and equipment's
Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949 system (automotive operation advantages) 6 sigma green belt or black belt would be high advantage.
Strong skills in problem analysis and solving.
Strong skills in communication to convince other people to perform new ideas.
Strings skills in SPC, PPAP process and capability to teach team and share knowledge
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Team player with positive approach
Confident and presentation skills
Other skills:
Monitor performance of sub-ordinate and recommend to supervisor for credit or any other improvement action.
High stress resistant person to be able deal daily operation issues
Loyal and fairness approach
Able to long time planning to support business grow
