Quality Assuarance/ Quality Control Supervisor

Manage the lab of production site and the quality management system of business.
Responsibilities:
• Quality Control and lab management:
- Plan the activities of QC and lead the implementation of testing and results tracking.
- Define test methods and maintain the availability of testing equipment.
- Seek ways to improve QC activities.
- Plan and implement calibrating schedule and merchandise of lab equipment.
• Quality management system:
- Take charge of quality management system, including coordination with different teams for related activities.
- Plan, organize and lead internal and external audits.
- Interpret, analyze findings of audits, routine testing activities and customers' feedback; coordinate for corrective, preventive actions.
• BOM (Bill of materials):
- Get/exchange and maintain BOM in local SAP system.
- Analyze Quality/Production data and process to seek ways for improving formula.
• Complaint handling and supplier's auditing
- Take part in solving customer complaints by analyzing root cause and implementing corrective actions.
- Carry out quality audit programs to evaluate the capability of suppliers.
• Others:
- Propose annual QC & QA budget.
- Plan, organize and control subordinate's activities following Company's regulations and guidelines e.g., EHS and develop subordinates' competencies.
- Join with Quality team in Regional for Improvement project.
- Other assignments if any.
