Mô tả công việc
As the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our plush toy products. You will oversee a team of QA/QC inspectors and technicians to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Responsibilities:
• Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review and approve quality control reports and documentation.
• Quality Control:
- Oversee the daily operations of the quality control team, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection.
- Train and develop the QA/QC team to ensure they are equipped
with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Implement effective quality control measures to prevent defects
and non-conformities.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement
corrective and preventive actions.
• Supplier Quality Management:
- Evaluate and approve suppliers based on quality standards and performance metrics.
- Conduct supplier audits to assess their quality management systems.
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, customer standard, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for audits and certifications.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Implement innovative quality control techniques and technologies.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Customer Satisfaction:
- Respond to customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with customer service to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the toy/garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
