What is Production?
It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.
Is this your next challenge?
As a Quality Auditor, you have a holistic ownership of the development of Supply Chain Partners' (suppliers) capability development in product quality through quality management systems and methods, in order to align with H&M Production strategy that leads to delivering customer centric products.
You have a great understanding of individual customer expectations, which you translate for our suppliers and support them to create quality capabilities. You drive the implementation of quality requirements, methods and routines with suppliers and production units to be able to ensure strong and consistent understanding, along with capability to meet the quality specifications and standards.
You focus on consistent product quality. You closely work with Product Technologists and strengthen business teams' involvement on quality findings and decisions.
You work on supplier management to secure proficient product quality. You educate suppliers' quality team with the quality strategy/directions of H&M Production, and enhance suppliers' management and accountability.
You work on execution of quality management system and routine. You work on analyzing root cause, preparing corrective action plans and follow-up, and driving suppliers' ownership in all areas to secure suppliers' stable performance in quality.
You visit suppliers regularly and conduct quality inspections to identify problems and potential problems. You work with suppliers to increase capability level in quality, coach suppliers' quality teams to find solutions to problems in order to secure bulk production, delivery and quality.
You maintain close cooperation with suppliers and have a good knowledge of suppliers' production setup, such as production process, machinery and employees' skill level, and follow up on actions with suppliers to secure product quality for H&M customers.
You drive projects and activities while bear end-to-end quality in mind. You develop manufacturing guidelines and operation system standards to ensure efficiency and speed for business growth.

You are a strong communicator and give clear directions to suppliers in terms of product quality. You will have a strong connection with internal teams and possess extensive knowledge of our suppliers' strengths and weaknesses.
You channel your entrepreneurial spirit with your innovative and 'out of the box' thinking, to come up with fresh solutions and improvements.
