Mô tả công việc

1. Position: Quality Auditor
2. Overall job objectives:
• We are the world's leading designer, developer, manufacturer, and marketer of Ice Hockey and Lacrosse equipment. The candidate will be reporting to the Quality team in Canada, under collaboration and guidance of our Quality team in Asia.
• The Quality auditor needs to interact with the vendors' quality, production, and development teams to ensure that the materials, finished products and processes in place meet our specifications and quality requirements.
• Create a positive and effective work dynamic with our vendors and internal teams, becoming a facilitator who moves forward the implementation of quality, improvement, and industrialization projects.
3. Responsibilities:
• Perform periodic product and process audits, as well as in-process, finished goods and post-pack inspections of our products, to ensure compliance to specifications.
• Identify defects or issues not currently documented that may impact the quality or performance of the product.
• Report non-conformance issues in a timely manner, support and follow up the root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions and material disposition.
• Validate the deployment of approved Engineering Changes, and report unapproved changes to material, process, or products.
• Coordinate and effectively lead periodic quality meetings with the vendors' quality and production teams.
• Maintain quality trackers and periodic reports up to date.
• Support the creation and deployment of the quality control plan and industrialization of new products and processes.
• Oversee and support the implementation of new quality lab tests.
• Ensure that the documentation and reports needed for compliance of certified products is available, properly filed and maintained.
• Prepare and support external certification audits.
• Support our internal RD&D and Quality teams to inspect, report and/or approve samples.
• Perform other quality related activities as required.
• Participate in the training and qualification of quality inspectors and auditors of the factories.

Yêu cầu

4. Qualifications required:
• Strong auditing and inspecting skills and experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese and English; communication skills in Mandarin are an asset.
• Education and/or proven experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering areas.
• Ability to understand and use quality & continuous improvement tools, like inspection check lists, quality criteria, sampling plan, root cause analysis, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; statistics knowledge is an asset.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook & Excel)
• Ability to work independently with objective-oriented focus.
• Effective communication skills within a multicultural team (active listening, summarize & take notes, etc.)
• Knowledge on one or more of these areas is an asset: industrialization, composites material & processes, cut & sew, injection, lab testing (abrasion, tensile, elongation, colorfastness, aging, QUV, etc.)
• Available to occasional travel for local or overseas factory audits.
