It's how we create our products, and it's the way we treat the people we work with. Bauer Hockey Corp., is currently seeking for high potential people to be one of our team bases in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, lead and conduct quality activities
• Manage the quality control team on daily operations.
• Lead and support process continuous improvement project
• Commercialization of new products
• Work on day to day basis in partnership with factory and sub vendor, report to Quality Manager in China and in constant communication with the project team leader at HQ concerning all quality activities.
• Support development of quality plan (quality handbooks specifications) for all products.
• Coordinate and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Ability to influence others and move toward implementation of new or updated quality standards
Yêu cầu
Qualifications required:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Business/science is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Quality Control /Assurance department and manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills in English required (both written and verbal)
• Capability to communicate in Chinese would be an asset for the job.
• Possesses thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes (cutting, sewing)
• Knowledge of footwear /sporting goods in an advancement
• Knowledge of technical continuous improvements tools and understand how to apply them
• Proficient MS office skills (MS word, excel & MS Outlook)
• Must be able to travel or visit subsidiary factory around upcountry in Vietnam and Oversea.
