Lead and manage the quality testing (QC) team.
Design and implement testing strategies for software projects.
Perform manual and automated testing.
Ensure product quality through effective testing processes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality requirements are met.
Train and guide team members on testing processes and tools.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
Experience as QC Lead or Test Lead in at least 2 projects.
Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
ISTQB certified or software testing related certifications.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
