1. (Safety) Training worker & make safety report
2. (Quality) To solve all problem related quality during Assembly in production line
3. (Cost) Management and plan to decrease man hour & materials
4. (Delivery) Ensure to complete production plan on time
5. Manage IM system of QCA Dept.
6. Monthly report (safety, S.Q.C.D,...)

Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- English: Proficient in all four skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
- Regulations & Compliance:
Strong understanding of company rules and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of Vietnam's labor laws and vehicle-related regulations.
- Technical Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of shop floor operations.
Comprehensive knowledge of Isuzu product quality standards.
Familiarity with IM, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Licensing: Having a valid B2 driver's license.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to accurately diagnose and predict potential faults.
- English: Proficient in all four skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
