The main role of this position is to handle overall HR & GA functions such as Recruitment, Employment, Training, Employee.
You will be handle 8 subordinates (HR, Admin, IT).
【What you will be working on】
- Manage the members in the GA department
- Manage 200 employees included workers
- Make a company regulation, Salary table, and company's target
- Change the company operation and organization to be a good company
- Relationship, Compensation Welfare & Benefits, and all administration jobs
- Arrangement & Review all documentation related to HR&GA jobs
- Check & Update Labour Laws or Company related Laws.
- Communicate and negotiate with government such as Labor & Welfare Department, Skill development Department, Police Station
- Communicate and advise all departments on the potential rules, regulations,s and disciplinary action
- Coordinate with relevant departments
- Other jobs assigned by Japanese General Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 3 years experience as HR/GA Manager
- At least 2-3 years experience in Japanese company
- Intermediate Level English OR Japanese is crucial to speak with colleagues.
- Be motivated to change the company

- Experience in creating company rule book is big advantageous
- Experience of being in just done M&A company is advantageous
- Japanese N2 Intermediate (to communicate with General Director)
- Have working experience in a company which has more than 100 employees.
