• Manage and oversee the Felt, Quilting, and Pillow production processes.
• Control production processes to ensure production schedules, quality, and productivity.
• Manage, assign, and provide guidance to employees in each process.
• Monitor machine operations and handle production issues.
• Monitor product quality and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Propose improvements to enhance production efficiency.

quản lý sản xuất hoặc quản lý công đoạn trong ngành dệt may, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại các công đoạn Bông, Chần, Gối hoặc vận hành máy móc liên quan.
• Có kỹ năng
quản lý nhân sự, điều phối và kiểm soát hoạt động sản xuất.
• Có khả năng xử lý sự cố, kiểm soát chất lượng và tiến độ.
• Chủ động, trách nhiệm và chịu được áp lực công việc.
• Experience in production management or process management in the textile industry; experience in Felt, Quilting, Pillow production or related machine operations is preferred.
• Strong skills in people management, production coordination, and production control.
• Ability to handle issues and control quality and production schedules.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
