Mô Tả Công Việc
■ Position Summary
The administrative manager will provide comprehensive support to the daily project execution assistance activities in Hanoi Representative Office and MPW-PVC in the areas including but not limited to visa & work permit application, accommodation & transportation arrangement, communication support between client and MHI(Japan), document filing in the office, project account management under supervision by MHI(Japan), etc.
■ Project Execution Support(70%)
-Visa & work permit application based on the request from MHI
-Purchase requisition & purchase order issuance based on the instruction from MHI
-TA dispatch coordination in between client and vendors
-Other administrative supports for TA's site activities
-Recording documents in the file
■ Corporate Administration Support(30%)
-Tax filing and audit support under MPW-AP
-Support of format application (general expense request, compensation claim etc)
-Other administrative supports for corporate activities
-Recording documents in the file

■Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
-Bachelor's degree in business, law, economics, or equivalent is preferred
-Minimum 3 years of work experience in the area of business coordination and administration
■Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
-Knowledge and interpretation of the administration and government regulations
-Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
■Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training, physical or mental abilities required)
-Detail orientated with strong organizational skill
-Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Able to work as a team as well as independently
-Highly motivated and takes initiative to take up new challenges
