COMPANY INTRODUCTION
UQUID builds the world first smart shopping in Web 3 for both NFTs and physical products by establishing a bridge between DeFi and E-commerce. Uquid aims to connect parties without an intermediary and reach a broader cross-section of customers around the world by using Smart Contracts and DeFi to support different networks and platforms and to process payments.
Following the success of Web 2.0, UQUID upgraded to Web 3 and the Defi payment system of digital E-commerce, which accepted more than 10 different coins, and integrated the new function which is NFTD (the NFT marketplace) to serve the users demand.
In 5 years of operation, Uquid shop gets more than 150 thousand users with 6000 users accessing the website everyday.
UQUID plans to upgrade the ecosystem of Uquid shop and release a physical shop that will digitize and mint all of the products into the crypto marketplace to support the users.
UQUID has analyzed and worked on the UQUID App in Q1/2021 for user support. With the trending of Metaverse x NFT, Uquid will take remarkable steps in the next few years to upgrade the ecosystem and launch UQC DeFi x Metaverse when collaborating with the game industry and allowing influencers or artists to list NFT without a free minting fee.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager (web3) at Uquid. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Uquid's Web 3 platform. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for various channels, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive user adoption and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
I. Strategic and Brand Management (40%)
Conducting market research, gathering data and generating insights for marketing plans
Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic
Overseeing any aspect of marketing related to a company's brand, promoting uniformity and consistency of Uquid's brand. Frequently update brand guidelines, content guidelines and design guidelines
Lead the development of companywide social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement. Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Medium, Telegram, Uquid Blog and other additional channels
Accurately record and tracking the Marketing Budget
Ultimate owner of the Marketing Masterfile with marketing timeline, content map, internal tasks and external tasks timely update
II.Project Management (30%)
Collaborate with BD team to create, communicate and executing marketing plans with partners
Full Cycle marketing campaigns (internal and external) management including: detailed campaign plan, content orientation, seeding group map, partner communications, team communication, performance tracking, etc...
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
Proactively work with subteams and partners to create, deliver, edit, and optimize all marketing campaigns
III.Team Management (20%)
Delegate the tasks and make sure that team members follow the designed workflow and standards. Collect feedback from team members or actively identify the shortcomings to enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with HR to embrace the company culture and enhance employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, i.e. recruitment, performance review, ongoing training and L&D activities, etc.
IV. Additional Duties (10%)
Perform any related duties as assigned by BOD
REQUIREMENTS
Digital marketing, content creation, and social media management skills
Minimum 5 years experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, at least 1 year in managerial role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Web 3 technology and cryptocurrency ecosystem
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the E-commerce or blockchain industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
