- Manage and controll the work of the Marketing Department to develop the Vietnam + Laos market.
- Manage Online Marketing activities: Manage plans, quality, progress, and optimize budget.
- Manage Offline Marketing &
Trade Marketing activities: Manage plans, quality, progress, and optimize budget.
- Plan and implement an overall Marketing strategy including plans designated by global MKT and the MKT plan of the Vietnamese market for the Online and Offline segments - Trade MKT
- Allocate resources, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate closely with other departments in the company (Operations, PNS, Digital/Growth, Business,...) to ensure the synchronization and effectiveness of Marketing activities.
- Deploy MKT tools and solutions to automate marketing activities and interact with Customers.
- Coordinate with employees in the department and related departments to complete tasks within the scope of management.
- Proven experience as an MKT Manager or similar role in the Logistics/Transportation/Ride Hailing industry is big advantage.
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for social marketing, trade marketing, and event organization
