- Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of F&B and within the limits of established Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront - Resort & Villas Policies, procedures and Food & Beverage manual, oversees and directs all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation - Reports directly to the Assistant FBM and Director of F&B. - Provides functional assistance and direction to the Food & Beverage operation. - Interacts with Individuals including, but not limited to, clients, suppliers, Government Officials, competitors and other members of the local community. - Co-ordinate functions and activities with other department heads as appropriate. - Details will be discussed at the interview.
