- We are looking for a strategic, driven, and highly capable Sales Leader who can open new markets, secure long-term partnerships, and represent Logo Vietnam at the highest professional level.
The ideal candidate has experience in garment manufacturing, sourcing, or brand-side merchandising, and understands how to turn opportunities into confirmed orders.
- You will play a key role in shaping the company's client base, leading sales efforts, and supporting the overall commercial direction of Logo Vietnam.
* Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's sales and
business development strategy.
- Build strong relationships with international brands,
designers, and buying offices.
- Identify new markets and create entry strategies for sustainable growth.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify opportunities.
- Represent Logo Vietnam at industry events, exhibitions, and client visits.
- Prepare monthly sales targets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in garment sales, sourcing, merchandising, or related roles.
- Proven track record of bringing new clients or managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
- Ability to travel for buyer meetings, factory visits, and overseas exhibitions.
- Leadership capability and confidence to represent the company at senior levels.
