Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for all equipment and the general condition of the Outlet. Liaise with Maintenance to ensure the area is in excellent condition.
- Coordinates with Executive Chef to ensure that all items of food meet desired image and quality and also for the developments of special promotions.
- Ensures control of operating expenses, wages and benefits and cost of sales.
- Handling complaints from guests in a pleasant and efficient manner, to ensure guests satisfaction.
- Coordinates the activities of Shiftleaders and Wait Staff to ensure most effective service to customers.
- Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of the outlets by liaising with Housekeeping.
- Responsible for the checking of all stock, requisitions and equipment daily.

Yêu cầu
- Having a professional certificate related to the position applied for or a diploma in Hospitality Industry is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the same position at Hotels/ Resorts.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Hardworking, eager to learn and proactive in work.
