• At least 3 years of experience as an
HR Manager/Head of HR in a manufacturing plant (preferably in the garment industry).
• In-depth understanding of worker recruitment, labor law, labor relations management, and HR processes within the factory; ability to handle union-related matters, dialogue, and working with relevant government agencies.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience or knowledge in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).
• Good spoken English for work purposes.
