• Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức sản xuất theo đơn hàng và năng lực dây chuyền./ Develop production plans and organize manufacturing activities based on customer orders and production line capacity.
• Quản lý các công đoạn sản xuất PCB/PCBA/ Manage PCB/PCBA production processes to ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất, đảm bảo giao hàng đúng thời hạn./ Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Kiểm soát năng suất, tỷ lệ lỗi, tỷ lệ hao hụt và hiệu suất thiết bị./ Control productivity, defect rates, material waste, and equipment efficiency.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận QA/QC, Kỹ thuật, Kho, Kế hoạch để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh./ Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning departments to resolve production issues.
• Phân tích nguyên nhân lỗi và triển khai các hành động cải tiến./ Analyze the root causes of production and quality issues and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.

Quản lý nhân sự sản xuất: bố trí ca làm việc, đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu quả công việc./ Manage production personnel, including shift scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and workforce development.
• Báo cáo tình hình sản xuất, chất lượng và nhân sự cho Ban Giám đốc./ Prepare and submit reports on production performance, quality, and manpower to the Board of Directors.
• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Điện - Điện tử, Cơ điện tử,
Quản lý công nghiệp hoặc liên quan/ Bachelor's degree or above in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Ưu tiên Tiếng Anh tốt/ Priority Good command of English.
• Kinh nghiệm khoảng trên 8 - 12 năm về PCB/ PCBA/SMT/ 8-12 years of experience in the PCB/PCBA/SMT manufacturing industry.
• Có kỹ năng Quản lý sản xuất, đối ứng với khách hàng về công đoạn và sản xuất PCB/ PCBA/ Strong experience in production management and customer communication regarding PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes and production operations.
