Mô tả công việc
weekly, there is 1 week night shift in a month from 22:30 to 6:30,
Sunday night off
Morning shift (AM): 6:30 - 14:25
Afternoon shift (PM): 14:30 - 22:25
Evening shift (NS): 22:30 - 6:30AM the next morning
Production Manager includes but is not limited to the following main duties:
1) Manage and operate the production department according to the working shift.
2) Statistics and reports.
3) Analyze, research and suggest improvements.
4) Perform administrative management tasks, project implementation, assigned tasks.
5) Building team spirit, developing corporate culture.
Work responsibilities
Manage and operate the production department by shift (60%)
● Personnel management in shift.
● Manage shift productivity.
● Support the Planning team to ensure the production schedule.
● Maintain order during the shift.
● Facilities management in shift.
● Handling situations arising in the shift, errors if any (code red).
● Ensure and meet capacity.
Production efficiency index management (15%)
● Operational data and reports.
● Handle and promptly report violations and arising problems.
● Analyze data.
Analyze, research and suggest improvements (10%)
● Investigate, research and propose options to continuously improve production.
Building team spirit, developing corporate culture (5%)
● Manage and develop the team based on the company's core values..
Perform other assigned tasks (10%)
Yêu cầu công việc
*** Education and Experience
● Have education or experience related to Production operations management .
● Use English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) fluently (required).
● ISO, 6Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Lean Production...(optional)
● Knowledge of Photoshop or Video Editor is an advantage.

● Using technology at work.
● Ability to grasp, detect and solve problems. Handling urgent situations .
● Decision-making skills.
● Ability to take responsibility, pressure.
● Skill in operating, organizing, coordinating and managing.
