Quantity Surveyor (QS)

2. Requirements:
- University Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering or related majors;
- Have at least 5 - 8 years experience in related positions.
- Have knowledge of Mall's & Complex Buildings bills of quantities, Design & Build project and ability to assess quotations in terms of value cost and quality.
- Have work experience with foreign companies (especially Japanese contractors) and construction site experience is an advantage
- Have intermediate negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate payments and variation orders with Sub-contractors.
- Have strong skills of Microsoft Excel & AutoCAD.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Good in communication, interpersonal skill, and good time management.
- Honest, hard-working and active.
