Mô tả công việc
- Quantity surveying, estimating volume according to the implementation from design and tender documents.
- Search, provide, and update information on suppliers, materials, prices, and catalogs.
- Compare, evaluate, and propose approval of contractors/suppliers.
- Update project budgets and make adjustments when required.
- Update project quotations, including additional quotations and project settlements with customers.
- Perform tasks as requested by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from construction, architecture, economics, or related majors (Priority for graduates in Construction).
- Have 1-3 years of experience in estimating at interior design companies (preferably in the office interior field).
- Practical knowledge of materials, interior decoration structure, and construction.
- Skills in reading drawings, quantity surveying.
- Careful, meticulous, team-working skills.
- Good communication, proactive in work.
- Honest, enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure, and motivated for advancement.
