R&D Engineer (EE / RF)

I. EE engineer
1. Assist in PCBA SMT confirmation task including AOI checking, Schematic/BOM checking
2. Assist in the data collection and analysis of EE Design of Experiments (DOE), and submit reports and analysis results need to be submitted in time.
3. After the reliability verification (REL) analysis of EE defective boards, the results and analysis reports need to be submitted in time.
4. Analyze and provide analysis one page report for defective EE boards; assist EE engineers to provide troubleshooting guides
5. Moderate English ability (need to have basic conversation ability with foreign customers)
6. Assist EE engineers in handling matters related to project development and complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
II. RF engineer
1. Support SMT FAI (First article inspection) including AOI, Schematic, BOM checking and issue debugging.
2. Co-working with RF engineers to fine-tune RF Calibration/RF Testing related parameters.
3. Data collection for analysis of the RF Design of Experiments (DOE) and provide analysis reports/results.
4. RF defective boards analysis in Pre/Post reliability verification (REL). Provide the results and analysis reports.
5. Assist SMT FA (Failure analysis) for RF failed boards. Assist RF engineers to provide troubleshooting guides to SMT FA team.
6. Assist the antenna engineer to analyze the failed unit in the FATP antenna station when the failure is caused by MLBs.
7. Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor.
