Mô tả công việc
The methodology department is a part of Solutions Group, responsible for developing methodology flows to facilitate the development and release of Embedded Memories for several leading-edge technologies and a variety of foundries. The team is completely responsible for all aspects of memory development starting from Bit Cell Analysis, Architecture Design, Characterization, Verification and release.
Responsibilities:
In charge of Memory Compiler development, Release Management and automation, and Quality Assurance testing, includes:
- SRAM functional/ timing simulations, spice level using HSPICE like tools and Verilog simulations with VCS like tool.
- Enhance memory development compiler system with advance programming languages and tools.
- Generate Memory views like gds, Verilog and circuit followed by validation
- Resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways for most advance technology nodes finfet and beyond
- Work across many geographies including VN, US, India
Responsibilities:

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics & Electrical, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
- New college graduates with high motivation to learn and pursue career in the semiconductor industry is also welcomed.
- Have CMOS fundamentals, knowledge of CMOS fabrication and advance layout effects
- Have digital design knowledge and memory fundamental
- Basic engineering skills are required along with a foundation in Linux and programming (Shell scripting, Python, etc.).
- Good English communication skill (both verbal and non-verbal)
