Mô tả công việc

Study the clients' request on R&D projects, or technical issues, or any related inquiries.
Visit client's site, communicate with clients on the testing scheme and expected results.
Interpret results and write the report, consult the clients on proper improvement or solutions.
Perform laboratory research work, manipulate microorganism strains and necessary analyses.
Fast, continuous learning and keeping related knowledge up to date.
Obtain an overview of the local labs on their capabilities, analysis scopes.
Establish and maintain the systems for guidelines, supporting research papers, literatures in structured manner.
Pro-actively propose necessary internal, external training courses.

Yêu cầu

Minimum Master of Sciences in biology, biotechnology, or related majors.
At least 5 years working in commercial lab or research lab, prior experience with R&D related projects is an advantage.
Having research skills, good reading comprehension and scientific report writing skills.
Proficient English skills (especially reading, and writing).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
