R&d Manager - Beverages - Ho Chi Minh

The position will be placed at the Lab Room in Ho Chi Minh City and will be in charged of the technical service and formulation for beverages. The successful candidate will support the business to enhance the project hit-rate, improve service speed, and increase customer satisfaction.
Description
The main roles and responsibilities are:
* Lead the technical service for the beverages and nutrition team.
* Lead the application development projects, formulation, trial. and problem solving in meeting the customer expectations.
* Work across with related teams in developing product portfolio.
* Sourcing new vendors and new product application.
* Tech-pack transferred to internal teams and to customers.
* Proactively research and find new application.
* Manage sample stocks of the lab.
* Lead and develop team members.
Profile
The ideal candidates are having:
* Bachelor's degree in science, food tẹchnology, chemicals. MBA is an advantage.
* More than 10 years technical experience in beverages and nutrition industry, with more than 3 years experience in management level.
* Multiple project management skills in meeting the established targets.
* Strong planning, customer oriented, project planning, and problem solving skills.
* Strong communication in both written and spoken English.
