Research & develop New Product Formulation per request
Manage R&D projects, timelines, priorities, resources, and technical risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Develop and optimize product formulations to meet performance, quality, cost, and regulatory requirements.
Establish formulation specifications, processing parameters, and technical documentation.
Prepare and announce mixing process. Support technology transfer and successful scale-up from laboratory to commercial production.
Train new process operators of new product manufacturing procedure. Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues and provide technical solutions.
Perform new raw material testing and assessment
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor products, emerging ingredients, and formulation technologies.
Actively participate in the regional technology forum to exchange knowledge and experience, and apply new technologies to product research and development
Perform duties as assigned by superiors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Previous experience in the deodorant category is highly preferred and will be considered an advantage.
Good command of both Vietnamese and English, with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Sociable, honest, approachable, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
