Mô tả Công việc
- In charge about pattern/ sew drawing for improvement activities and process/project/product developments.
- Leading and complete all projects from the time of testing to the application into production.
- Assist in creating test patterns and all related tasks.
- Communicate with US on pattern issues.
- Communicate with Leuctra center on Leuctra system problems.
- Analyze the process from R&D to mass pro, establish SOP's and flowcharts for procedural improvements or change processes in support of new product development or company/department's objectives.
- Work with all internal / external team to apply pattern/ sew drawing for new project.
- Control any changing about pattern/ sew drawing of C&S.
- Take care process / SOP and update.
- Process continuous improvement for C&S improvement & cost saving.
- Training and develop lower level engineer/new comer to meet requirements.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by the Supervisor and Department Head.
- Facilitate Department Head to raise the skills sets of employees. Support Production Department to optimize thru-put and sustain improvement activities.
- Work with US/ China facility & Manager to receive inline product engineering change, improvement or issue solving for inline items & deploy the change to production.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduate of university with industrial engineering or technical field.
- More than 2 years of experience in product, Furniture experience preferred.
- Expert user of Excel and statistical analysis software
- Cell manufacturing, Pull manufacturing, One Piece Flow, Flexible processes, experience in managing multiple kaizen projects
- Lean thinking, lean manufacturing
- Theory of constraints
- Statistical process control
- Project management
- Budgeting and cost control
- Change management
- Strong leadership, management, communication skills are compulsory.
- Results oriented
- Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems.
- Very proactive and energetic.
- Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.
- Skilled in delivering training
- Work Hands-on
- Positive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure
