Mô tả công việc
1. To receive all inventory items in accordance with departmental procedure, and to verify that they are matched by supporting documentation.
2. To ensure that all goods received are undamaged, and are in accordance with the standards specified in the Purchase Order.
3. To ensure delivery of goods received to the correct store room or department in accordance with departmental procedure.
4. To assist month end inventory counts as requested by immediate superior.
5. To update the hotel's computer with all inventory receipts.
6. After delivery goods, keep all document and post delivery on SCM
7. To follow delivery and push invoice with purchasing team to catch inventory time as well as end period close.
8. To record OC bill report.
9. Check and make report Spoilage item monthly.
ADMINISTRATION
10. To ensure that all department reports and correspondence are completed accurately and punctually.
GENERAL
1. To safeguard company assets at all times.
2. To ensure adherence to internal controls, polices and procedures.
3. To report any breach of internal controls, polices and procedures to the appropriate superior.
4. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
5. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
6. To attend briefings and meetings as requested.
7. To have a complete understanding of the hotel's procedures in respect to health, hygiene and safety.
8. To attend all training scheduled, even if this should fall outside of regular working hours.
9. Any other reasonable task as directed by the management.
