We are looking for a Receptionist & Administration Staff with details as follows:
Work location: Brighton College Vietnam, Vinhomes Ocean Park Urban Area, Da Ton Commune, Gia Lam District, Hanoi.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Stand by at the reception desk and welcoming area; navigate customers/partners/vendors and staff coming to the office;
Answer incoming calls on the hotline and refer the calls to related departments;
Place orders for stationery and maintain a sufficient supply of stationery for the school's activities;
Receive and handle the letters, dispatches and parcels as well as send them to the related departments;
Manage and coordinate the use of meeting rooms;
Submit the documents, dispatches, etc. of the departments/teams in the Company to the leadership for signatures and send them to related departments according to the issued policy;
Take care of logistics for meetings and events;
Maintain the sanitation of reception area and welcoming hall;
Cooperate with other departments and fulfill the shared tasks at request of the leadership.
