Mô tả công việc
1. Visitor Management: - Greet and welcome visitors professionally;
- Manage visitor sign-in process and badges;
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals;
- Provide company information to visitors.
2. Communication:
- Handle i

- Notify staff of visitor arrivals;
- Provide company information to visitors.
2. Communication:
- Handle incoming calls professionally in English and Vietnamese;
- Take and relay messages accurately without translation tools;
- Respond to emails promptly in proper English.
3. Administrative Support:
- Process daily mail and deliveries;
- Prepare correspondence and documents;
- Maintain office supplies;
- Coordinate meeting rooms.
4. Sample Management:
- Process incoming product samples;
- Label samples per guidelines;
- Coordinate sample distribution.
'5. Financial Administration:
- Liaise with external accounting;
- Process invoices and expense records;
- Maintain financial document filing;
- Prepare monthly expense reports;
- Manage GGD Best accounting folder
6. Office Maintenance:
- Oversee reception area maintenance;
- Report issues to Spanish supervisor and CEO.

Yêu cầu
-Genuine English proficiency - speaking, listening, and writing (NO Google Translator);
- Must pass English proficiency test during the interview;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive;
- Experience with digital file management;
- Basic financial/accounting knowledge;
- Professional reception experience preferred;
- Familiarity with sample management systems (training provided)
