Mô tả công việc
• In charge of check-in/ check-out procedure
• Make changes, cashes checks, exchange foreign currency
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints; assisting customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, and directions, etc. Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guests will be in person and by phone.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Accepts reservations, changes, and cancellations in the absence of Reservations Department Staff. Can answer guest calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Communications Operator.

Yêu cầu công việc
Working knowledge of the Front Desk & Guest Service aspect
Proficient English, especially listening and speaking skills
Other Language besides English is a plus
Multitasking skills
Agile, outgoing, and active
Ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
