Mô tả công việc

Building, organizing and standardizing the accounting system: building and adjusting the processes, rules and regulations related to the company''s financial and accounting system.
Responsible for transactions with relevant agencies within the scope of responsibility of the Chief Accountant: banks, tax authorities, Customs....
Develop financial-accounting plans, make periodic and regular financial-accounting reports (including cash flow plans)
Responsible for preparing, organizing and conducting the tax finalization periodically & as required by the tax authorities. Coordinate and directly work with relevant agencies such as tax, customs, banking, audit.
Control revenue and expenses at the company to avoid loss and waste. Planning and advising the Board of Directors to make short and medium-term financial and accounting decisions.
Organize, manage and direct the activities of the Company''s Accounting Department and manage accounting work for customers, ensuring that the department''s operations are operated efficiently.
Coordinate the implementation of management software in the company system.
Advising the Board of Directors in building and perfecting the accounting system in compliance with the provisions of law and the characteristics of the Company.
Advising on regular and ad hoc accounting services for the Company''s clients.
Implement the plan to recruit, train, improve qualifications, build the company''s accounting team
Perform other duties as directed by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu

Male/Female, age: From 33 years old.
Education: University or higher.
Specialization: University or higher related to accounting, finance, banking...
Proficient in word, excel, good use of technology & internet
Experience: have experience in using Fasst, Misa software, at least 05 years of experience in the position of chief accountant.
Good planning, team management and work organization skills
Good reporting and explaining skills, working independently & in a team
Ability to lead, manage, analyze, handle situations and solve problems.
Ability to check and evaluate work performance, good staff capacity.
Good communication, honest, frank, careful, enthusiastic
Priority: Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in working with foreign-invested enterprises (FDI) & use English
