We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Manager - Cost & Contract.
AIM OF THE JOB
To deliver high quality facilities to control the cost & contract - construction on time and within budget
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Working hard to reach resolutions and agreements with customers and suppliers.
Procurement and Cost Control
Cost estimation for the Feasibility Study to support Business Department on the New Project
Identify procurement opportunities and ensuring these opportunities are evaluated and progressed
Managing invoices from generation to payment.
Making sure that all procurement and construction contracting activities are carried out in accordance with legislation & company policy.
Facilitating the re-negotiation of existing contracts and manage the cost effectively
Supporting senior managers in the development of risk and policy documentation.
Conducting investigations into any technical changes or contractual disputes.
Contributing to the business development of the company.
Define, maintain and improve the bid process of the Company.
Providing expert advice to colleagues on any issues that may arise.
Making amendments to contractual documents.
Leading complex contractual negotiations.
Monitoring the performance of staff and holding appraisals.
Other works in related to the Company Policy Compliances (to be clarified in the Interview)
