Company Profile:
International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading fintech company in Southeast Asia region seeking for humility, passion, and self-motivated Senior Legal Manager with strong experiences in Technology industry. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide advice and updates to the management team on regulatory development;
Plan, monitor and control all legal and compliance aspects of the entire company;
Ensure that the company complies with applicable regulations and requirements;
Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare and review reports and documents;
Manage and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies;
Work closely with internal stakeholders in Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam to prepare and review
Write, review and supervise all company agreements;
Work with our HR operations team on compliance, employee relations, and core operations;
Legal documents and contracts.

Yêu cầu

More than 5 years of work experience as a legal executive or legal expert, preferably at least 34 in a financial technology or technology start-up company Years of work experience. Work experience in a world-class Vietnamese or international law firm is preferred;
Candidates must have at least a law degree or equivalent from a top-tier university in Vietnam abroad;
Fully understand local filing and filing laws, regulations, requirements, and procedures;
Obtaining a lawyer qualification in Vietnam is an advantage;
Excellent judgment and in situations that require quick but careful analysis Ability to act decisively and try to provide the most effective solution;
Have a good record of managing relationships with regulatory agencies and government agencies
Must be proficient in English;
Strong legal drafting skills and experience in contract review
