Summary of the Job:
Managing, training, and motivating ESS teams and perform daily executive search & selection activities, interacting with top management of client organizations in assigned industries and business sectors to successfully fulfill their key senior talent's orders
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Team Management
Managing, training, motivating and mentoring consultants, devoted to all sectors, to not just achieve but to exceed profit targets in a friendly, dynamic team environment.
You will lead the team to act as a trusted advisors, evaluating candidates and their references, negotiating salaries and conditions, and generally offering advice to all parties to ensure a smooth transition
· Lead a team of 3 ESS
2. Candidate and client management
Approach clients in specific industry sectors to gain senior level vacancies and handle senior job placement orders from start to finish (including timely collection of fees)
Conduct interviews of applicants to identify suitable senior candidates for placement purposes
Prepare/follow up proposals with clients in cooperation with managers/consultants
Achieve individual and department target as per agreed KPIs
3. Business Development & Strategies
Actively market the company/ services to clients and candidates
Assist with division/ company business development needs
Develop the business, build up/maintain good clients relationship
Collect/relay market information to superior maximizing business opportunities
Cooperate with other managers/ consultants to meet corporate target and provide excellent customer services to clients

5+ years of business to business sales management experience
Experienced in recruiting and headhunting.
Building and managing client and candidate relationships.
Prospecting for new business.
Excellent with searching and mapping skills and candidate targeting requirements.
Ability to organize, negotiate and multi-task.
High attention to detail and quality processes.
Utilizing a database and your existing network effectively.
English and Vietnamese languages requirements.
Professional, productivity and proactive personalities.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Graduates / post graduates of any discipline, excellent in English
Executive search, recruitment, selling, marketing
Be tactful and articulate, analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
Be motivated and results driven, be able to act quickly and decisively and have excellent organizational skills

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or Marketing Preferred
Physical Demands:
Frequent phone and computer use
Creating written communications
Able to sit/stand at a desk
Able to bend, sit, stand, lift boxes or equipment (between 0-15 lbs)
