Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Looking for recruitment needs.
Increase sales and get new customers for the firm.
Find clients and foster long-term relationships
Understand client requirements
Work closely with customers to fully understand the hiring requirements for each role within the firm and to satisfy competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage the whole recruiting lifecycle for a range of vacant opportunities, assisting customers in the search for, hiring of, and retention of qualified people.
Using a database of competent individuals to choose from as opportunities become open, cultivate high-touch relationships.
Candidate Management:
Sourcing and Attraction: To draw in a wide range of competent people, use a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other cutting-edge strategies.
Screening and selection: Evaluate candidates'qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the company by reviewing their resumes and applications, screening them over the phone, and interviewing them.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with recruiting managers to make sure all pertinent parties are included in the process.
Candidate Assessment: Utilize competency-based interviews and other pertinent evaluation techniques to determine candidates' suitability for the position.
Offer Management: Extend job offers and employment contracts to chosen candidates, and where appropriate, negotiate compensation and other employment terms.
Onboarding: Assist new hires with the onboarding procedure to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
