Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Muong Thanh Song Han Office, 115 Nguyen Van Linh, Hai Chau
Working time: Monday to Friday
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates of specific skills or industry by matching skills of qualified candidates to client vacancies, developing and retaining business by providing outstanding customer service and quality, commercial solutions to recruitment requirements and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.
1. Client acquisition and relationship management
Research local market to identify and qualify potential business opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively targeting companies with hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (HR leaders, hiring managers, founders, etc.).
Negotiate terms of business and ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.
2. Recruitment Delivery
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates to clients.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, culture fit, and career aspirations and reference checks to ensure the best match between candidates and clients
Provide consultative support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer management and onboarding.
Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including networking, job boards, and social media, to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot.
Ensure prompt billing and collections.
