Own recruitment for FOH, BOH and office vacancies assigned by the People Lead.
Build practical sourcing channels for high-volume F&B hiring: job sites, social media, referrals, schools, communities and direct sourcing.
Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate HOD interviews and follow candidates through offer and joining.
Maintain recruitment pipeline, vacancy status, time-to-fill and candidate records.
Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation and first-day readiness.
Follow new employees through probation; obtain HOD feedback and flag early retention/performance risks.
Visit venues regularly and maintain direct contact with HODs and employees.
Coordinate training calendars, attendance and training records; Operations owns delivery of technical FOH/BOH training.
Support appraisal follow-up, staff engagement activities and exit processes.
Conduct exit interviews and summarize useful turnover reasons and actions.
Support employee files and HR administration together with C&B where required.
Yêu cầu
Approximately 2-4 years of recruitment/ HR operations experience; strong candidates with 1-2 years of direct F&B recruitment.
F&B, hospitality, retail or high-volume service recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Comfortable sourcing frontline staff and spending time at venues rather than working only from the office.
Fast, persistent and organized with strong follow-up skills.
Good Vietnamese communication; working English is an advantage.
