・Using social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.
・Interacting with professionals in niche platforms, like BizReach, EnMiddle and so on.
・To have better understanding regarding client and job decriptions, candidate will be attending the client meeting with recruiter.
・Reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
・Create an attractive scout email either Japanese or English.
・Communicate with job owner and Understand the job criteria properly.
・Handover the canidates that you screened to the internal job owner who is in charge of client side.
