Responsibility:
Establish recruiting requirements by successfully collaborating with hiring managers at international level;
Develop job descriptions as required and update the existing ones;
Conduct headhunting campaigns on professional social networks, such as LinkedIn;
Manage job postings on the company's website - Career Page section;
End to end recruitment process; from screening CV, conducting interviews, offering, onboarding, and termination;
Conduct reference checks (as applicable);
Arrange applicant interviews with hiring managers;
Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy;
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee sensitive data;
Involve in all administrative process (employee database, hiring document, termination document, etc)
Work on special projects and general tasks as needed.
Requirement:
Hold a university degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or other similar disciplines;
Have at least 1-3 years of experience in recruiting;
Excel in written and verbal English;
Adapt to a variety of individual situations, various communication styles, and new technologies;
Have experience in using social networking platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, ;
Have experience in using different international job portals;
Be able to recruiting various positions from junior to senior; technical and non-technical
Be able to work in under pressure (a fast paced environment juggling multiple priorities)
Be able to manage relationships with hiring managers, applicants, colleagues and university administrators;
Have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as maintain deadlines;
Be able to work independently with minimum supervision, but also as part of a project team.
