Mô tả công việc
1. Implement the recruitment process for worker and office positions:
• Recruitment process for worker positions (will be supported)
• Recruitment process for office positions or level manager (expat)
2. Conduct onboarding for new employees:
- Enter the data of recruited employees into the Human Resource Management system
3. Manage the DGV Fanpage:
- Responsible for attracting and developing a pool of candidates from the DGV Fanpage for worker and office positions, including: designing, writing content for recruitment posts; monitoring and checking comments....
4. Internal Recruitment Activities:
- Send information and post announcements, read through the loudspeaker about the internal referral reward program
- Receive applications from workers, proceed with the remaining steps of the interview and hiring process if passed
- Compile and calculate the rewards for the internal referral program at the end of the month
- Address any questions from employees regarding the terms of the program and the reward levels of this program.
5. Lead the recruitment team to the outside:
- Address issues related to recruitment and develop a plan to go to the market for the team
- Plan to participate in job fair activities at local communes and at the factory monthly.
- Create plans for the market team, resolve inquiries within the team
- Calculate commission bonuses for market recruitment staff at the end of the month.
6. Support other tasks:
- Assist the C & B team in addressing probationary cases (discussing with employees about transferring to other departments)
- Create user accounts for new employee (level staff)
- Prepare weekly reports and related reports
- Handle procedures for obtaining approval for foreign workers to work at the company
Yêu cầu
- Years of experience: at least 2 years (in the field of recruitment)
- Education: College degree or above in human resources, English language...
- Proficient in English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
- Able to team management skills, good communication skills
- High pressure tolerance (Careful, honest, Lively, agile)
