Mô tả công việc
1. Planning, Implementing, and Controlling Retail Activities in the Area
- Develop quarterly and annual business plans for the HCM Branch.
- Set targets for each store in the HCM Branch and supervise the evaluation of store and individual performance according to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage the retail store chain under the HCM Branch.
- Plan annual market coverage and market share development.
- Propose revenue-boosting programs and customer care initiatives.
- Seek and develop relationships with potential customers and partners to increase revenue.
- Control capital, costs, and profits.
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate, and report the business plan execution monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Propose competitive business and sales strategies to expand the distribution channel of the HCM Branch.
- Collect, analyze, and report market and competitor information and propose suitable strategies periodically or as needed.
2. Operating and Developing the Team in the Area
- Control staffing levels and evaluate the efficiency of human resources.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of regional human resources (from store managers and above).
- Supervise area managers and store managers to ensure they perform their assigned functions and duties correctly.
- Train and evaluate the training and coaching efforts of area managers/store managers at least once a month.
- Evaluate the KPIs of area managers and store managers every six months.
- Participate in disciplinary meetings regarding regional personnel.
- Propose appointments and dismissals of regional personnel.
- Provide guidance for cases beyond the authority of area managers.
3. Market Survey and Evaluation, Proposing New Product Development Plans
- Update market and competitor information. Forecast market trends to adjust business plans accordingly.
- Analyze factors affecting the increase in market share in the retail channel.
- Monitor market trends to provide information on the company's design trends and competitors' products in the area.
4. System Development
- Participate in researching and finding locations to ensure the development of the distribution network according to the plan.
- Responsible for evaluating the business performance of stores in the area. Analyze the causes of inefficiency. Propose solutions to improve operations to make informed decisions about maintaining or discontinuing stores every six months.
- Ensure the achievement of company revenue targets.
- Ensure business plans and goals align with company leadership directives and business objectives.
- Enhance competitiveness and business efficiency for the system.
- Ensure area managers and store managers maintain store operations standards and NPS (Net Promoter Score) through monthly inspections, evaluations, and training by addressing existing issues and providing solutions.
- Ensure the quality of recruitment, staff training, and staff performance as per the year-end evaluation.
Increase the satisfaction rate of employees regarding the working environment.
- Ensure the development and retention of human resources.
- Ensure new designs match market trends.
- Update the latest market trends and needs to support the company in developing new designs ahead of competitors.
- Contribute to the development of the system.
- Increase system revenue.
- Perform assigned tasks accurately on the designated software program.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors.

EDUCATIONAL
Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher
Major: Business Administration
Other education relevant to the profession: Retail Management/Fashion Design/Marketing
RELATED EXPERIENCE
Years of relevant experience: 03 years or more
Work experience related to the current job: Retail system management
SKILLS
Job skills: Proficient in using office software.
Soft skills: Good communication skills, organizational skills, time management, problem-solving, teamwork, high-stress tolerance, business acumen, and strong cognitive and intellectual focus.
Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher
