Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Vietnam agrochemical business. The RSM will be fully responsible for regional market development, distributor network construction, field technical promotion, sales target achievement, and long-term partnership management.
This role focuses on herbicide portfolio commercialization, market compliance, and sustainable business growth across Vietnam's key agricultural areas (Mekong Delta, Highlands, and Northern regions).
Key Responsibilities
Develop, screen, secure and manage tier-1 and tier-2 distributors; sign distribution agreements and sustain stable cooperation.
Build and execute regional annual sales plans, achieve assigned sales turnover, market share and collection targets.
Organize field trials, field demo days, farmer training and retail promotion activities to build proven efficacy reputation for company products.
Lead and coach local sales and agronomy teams, set KPI, monitor daily execution and improve team performance.
Track competitor dynamics, collect crop, weed and market data, and deliver regular market briefings and case studies to headquarters.
Ensure full compliance with Vietnam pesticide regulations, government gazette notifications and product stewardship standards.
Control account receivables, manage contract risks, and avoid any form of agreement breach.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Protection, Marketing or related agricultural disciplines.
Minimum 3-5 years proven agrochemical sales and channel management experience in Vietnam; sales experience with multinational agricultural companies is highly preferred.
Familiar with Vietnam herbicide market, crop planting patterns, and local distributor resources; hands-on work experience in the Highland (Central Highlands) and Southeast regions is a strong plus.
Strong capability in negotiation, market planning, team leadership and field execution.
Fluent verbal and written English for reporting and business communication; proficient in Vietnamese.
Willing to travel frequently in rural areas and adapt to regional long-term development.Contact
