Job purpose:
Ensure the management of Sales Team & Activities in accordance with agreed Business plans within the assigned region and to reach sales and performance target as defined by the management
Key responsibilities
• Collaborate with leaders to develop robust territory field activity plan (including push and pull activities) on quarter basis to ensure deliver long terms and short terms business targets
Job responsibilities
• Build up and maintain engaging customer network, maintain complete/ update/ accurate and on time customer database and execute effective customer relationship building activities.
• Conduct effective selling route penetration with selected distributors
• Lead Sales Force Strategy together with management team to achieve the sales objectives for the sales region as set in the Business Plans
• Generate sales and contribute to the volume and profit of the company by planning, executing, and evaluating sales programs and activities in the region of responsibility
• Work closely with Sales team and International
Business Development teams to ensure the quality of integrated business planning and an execution of business & Sales plan
• Provide on time, complete and reliable forecast for assigned region
• Collaborate with related internal functions and external parties to resolve execution issues including but not limited to order processing, credit, finance, operation (Inventory and delivery), HR and legal local permission
• Manage the execution and ensure spending (Including but not limited to company asset use, sales promotion budget and others) is on right purpose and within approved budget
• Ensure complete, on time and accurate Payment request claims and follow through on time and accurate reimbursement to customers according to aligned plan and deadlines
• Provide effective and sufficient training and coaching to develop field force capability
• Maintain high ethical and strong core value execution among field sales organization
• Recruit and structure field sales organization at assigned territory to deliver best business outcome
• Other tasks assigned by Associate
Sales Director.
• University Graduation, major of Business Administration preferred Work experience
• At least 5 years of experience working in FMCG industry Skills and knowledge
• Strong market understanding, especial in Beverage industry
• Good English communication & computer usage Soft skills
• Result-oriented with a positive outlook
