Mô tả công việc

 Lead and manage sales team in the Northern region to achieve business objectives.
 Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the market, increase sales, and build loyalty with Dealers and Distributors.
 Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors while expanding the customer network.
 Deploy strategies to apply digital platforms for Dealers, stores, and contractors
 Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position

Yêu cầu công việc

 Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
 At least 10 years of experience in sales management, especially in the building materials and retail sector.
 Experience in managing and developing Dealers and Distributors.
 Knowledge of digital platforms and their application in business.
 Fluent in English
