Mô tả công việc
Lead and manage sales team in the Northern region to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the market, increase sales, and build loyalty with Dealers and Distributors.
Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors while expanding the customer network.
Deploy strategies to apply digital platforms for Dealers, stores, and contractors
Meet all legislative and Regulatory requirements which relate to this position
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in sales management, especially in the building materials and retail sector.
Experience in managing and developing Dealers and Distributors.
Knowledge of digital platforms and their application in business.
Fluent in English
