Preparing documents according to available forms for Personal Care and Home Care products.
Complete product clearances, and registrations with relevant authorities for products introduced in Vietnam.
Check & maintain product compliance documents and ensure continued regulatory compliance of existing products.
Assist the product safety team, provide translations, knowledge of local regulation.
Update new regulation related to existing products and cascade to team.
Support customer compliance inquiries, regulatory compliance, Audit as needed, record & manage dossier.
Managing import and export projects.
Other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Bachelor Graduate in Chemical major
Experience in Personal Care/Cosmetic Regulation Compliance is a plus
Good MS Office
Good communication, careful, detailed
Good English is a plus
