Plan product releases together with different stakeholders
Ensure on-time release and co-ordinate component deliveries
Ensure compliance with agile development process, defined quality measures, and legal requirements (e. g. Open-Source Scans)
Steer creation of user-friendly technical documentation in English
Collaborate with quality manager and security manager to identify risks, define necessary measures, and manage incidents
Foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics and continuous improvement
Make processes lean, remove barriers, and strengthen team rules
Organize and moderate team meetings, agile release trainings, and product demos.

Which technical competences are required?
Experience in cloud service development
Experience as Release Train Engineer, Product Owner, or Scrum Master according to Scaled Agile Framework
Experience in a role with responsibility for on-time deliveries e. g. Delivery Manager or Project Manager
Strong planning and operational capabilities
Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures
Beneficial is experience in automotive software development.
Which soft skills are required?
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Servant leader and coach for the agile team
Hands-on mentality to remove obstacles and manage incidents.
Sensibility to differences within a globally distributed product team in terms of culture, processes, and responsibilities
High integrative ability to form the heterogeneous team into one unit.
Strong analytical skills to prioritize requirements from multiple stakeholders based on business goals and to identify risks.
