Position Overview
As our Digital
Marketing Manager, you'll lead efforts to establish our product as the premier AI assistant for job seekers in the United States. This role combines creative brand development with strategic partnership outreach, requiring both marketing expertise and
business development skills. You'll work directly with our leadership team to craft compelling narratives around our product and build a network of partners that extends our reach to job seekers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Build and manage relationships with strategic partners including career coaches, universities, professional organizations, and complementary tech platforms.
• Create compelling content across multiple channels with focus on LinkedIn and Reddit that showcases our AI platform's capabilities and benefits.
• Design and implement affiliate and referral programs to incentivize partnerships.
• Manage social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn and other career-focused platforms.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, virtual events, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
• Develop data-driven marketing campaigns that target specific job seeker demographics.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure marketing messaging aligns with platform capabilities.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in both the job market and AI technology space.
• Proven track record building successful partnership programs or affiliate networks.
• Experience developing brand identity.
• Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (articles, social posts, videos, webinars).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for partnership development.
• Data-driven approach to marketing with experience using analytics to inform strategy.
• Experience marketing AI or technology products preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field from top schools.
