Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and configuration of testing environments and devices as required;
- Troubleshoot, assess, and resolve test issues, identifying critical failure points quickly;
- Report and document bugs/issues clearly, accurately, and on time;
- Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and drive quality improvements;
- Proactively identify project risks and provide actionable recommendations for risk mitigation;
- Analyze product bugs, determine root causes, and oversee bug-fixing activities;
- Review and analyze product requirements, ensuring clarity and raising questions where necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and solving issues;
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, standards, and best practices;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and clients;
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and hands-on experience with automation is preferred;
- Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman and performance/security testing frameworks is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using at least one database management system (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL);
- Able to work independently;
- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal;
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
- Passion for online games is a plus.
