Job description
Design, develop, document, and execute complex test cases for functional and regression testing.
Perform functional testing for new features and regression testing for each software release.
Participate in meetings with stakeholders to clarify requirements and product design.
Collaborate with teams in Vietnam, the US, and Finland to analyze and validate requirements.
Support troubleshooting and investigation of issues across web and Windows applications.
Log, track, and report defects; work closely with developers for resolution.
Work in an Agile environment and support additional projects when needed.
Other duties assigned by Manager
Manual Testing: Build and maintain detailed functional and regression test scenarios/test suites.
Automation Testing:
Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation
Design, code, test and debug new and existing software utilizing technologies for the project assigned. This typically includes JavaScript, C#, SQL scripts, and ASP.NET within a test framework
Working understanding of Source Control
Refactor existing tests
